Short pasta with smoked bacon, cream, garlic & parmesan & finished with egg yolk.

Marinated Vine tomatoes in virgin oil dressing on crusty Italian bread topped with fresh mozzarella & basil
Melone con Frutta Fresca
Finely sliced sweet melon served with strawberries, raspberries & red fruit coulis
Calamari Fritte
Deep Fried squid, in a crispy batter served with garlic mayonnaise

Traditional homemade lasagne with a rich bolognese & cheese sauce

Cheese & radicchio filled ravioli served in a tomato, cream & basil sauce.
